Print-on-Demand Items (Final Sale) Items created on demand (such as custom-printed apparel and accessories) are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.
General Returns For all other items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
